CHARLESTOWN, Nevis, Jan. 18, 2012 — Zfere Holdings Inc. (www.zfere.com) today unveiled its much awaited social commerce platform in conjunction with the Nationwide SOPA Blackout. Zfere Holdings CEO Steve Vanderbol stated, “We chose to unveil our platform today as an example of the technologies which soon may not be available within the US Market due to these misguided and draconian proposals, should they pass into law.”

Zfere’s social commerce platform features tactile technology which enables a user to simply “touch to find” any product, good or service available at a local level from any picture, movie or IPTV content viewed within the integrated media player or social media console. The platform also allows seamless interaction with up to sixteen social media networks through a single point interface on any mobile device currently running the Android or Apple mobile operating systems. As part of its offerings, the company also manages a peer to peer bandwidth sharing network as well as personal data cloud services for its members in addition to a comprehensive business management and marketing suite geared towards small to medium sized businesses.

“From its inception, our social commerce platform was designed to empower people and to encourage them to cut the cord, go mobile, get out in the real world, share their experiences across social media platforms and other communications technologies so they could experience their local and regional worlds more deeply; often to the benefit of their ‘Main Street’ businesses. We all recognize that these local businesses are the core of jobs creation and need the most support in this economic climate. It’s rather ironic that at a time when this country needs emerging technological resources the most, is when proposals such as these, which could potentially remove economy building technologies from the US Market are being contemplated.” Mr. Vanderbol added.

On December 27, 2011, Zfere announced it had begun open registration for its social commerce platform in the United States. Currently, the company is completing durability testing in several US Markets as part of its deployment strategy. Zfere projects complete infrastructure deployment and products availability to all US Markets before the end of the year.

Zfere Announces Free Wi-Fi in 120 US Cities powered Social Commerce, NeXT Mobile Payment System.

Joplin, MO. April 20, 2011 Zfere CEO Steve Vanderbol announced the company’s products, plans and future operations, today during a company press conference.

“As today’s devices become more bandwidth intensive, technological innovation is being limited by increasingly telecom revenue models. Current program packages are as antiquated as the focus on land line long distance minutes were after the broad acceptnace of the cellular phone.” Vanderol continued to announce the company’s “Free Under Usage” social commerce powered free Wi-Fi program. In 120 cities, the company plans to offer subscribing members free Wi-Fi connectivity beginning in the third quarter of 2011. Members earn credits for purchases made at “Zfere Enhanced” local businesses by using the company’s proprietary “NeXT” mobile payment system. Vanderbol stated, “In most of the cities we expect our services to become the main point of connection data intensive devices and potentially a large portion of smart phone users.” The company is in the process of deploying its mesh topography to support these operations he stated. The company projects this product will save the average family approximately $2000 a year from their existing phone and data plans.

The company’s NeXT payment system, the industry’s first secure cloud based mobile payment system is integrated within the company’s mobile interface. Vanderbol stated, “NeXT represents a superior payment solution when compared to NFC/RFID technologies.” It is the opinion of the company that its NFC/RFID competitors fail to adequately address the technologies inherent flaw. “NeXT does not transmit sensitive information into the ‘open’ air space and our competitors have not addressed that issue.” “Additionally, implementing NFC/RFID requires both the merchant and consumer to invest in new hardware for the technology to work. NeXT is easily implemented across existing systems and devices.” Another benefit he added ” is that NeXT is deployable now at more than 6 million plus locations, where NFC/RFID proponents say that by late 2012 their solution will be available at only 750,000 locations.”

Zfere Holdings, Inc. announces new Mobile Payment Platform

Joplin, MO (Feb. 10, 2011) Zfere Holdings, Inc. is announcing today its new technology mobile payment platform. This platform, resident within the company’s mobile interface, provides a convenient high-security option for the payment of products, goods, and services. The company’s system does not require a merchant to purchase proprietary readers or interface systems. Rather, the only requirements for a vendor are a Wi-Fi connection to the internet, a Wi-Fi enabled device, the establishment of a Zfere merchant account, and the display of company graphics noting the acceptance of Zfere’s mobile payment system. This represents the first time that a viable real-time payment system is not hardware dependent and maintained at the merchant’s point of sale.

Additionally, the company will offer a proprietary credit system where a customer can transfer earned credits that have a redeemable value to other users resident in the company’s operational Nexus in real-time. These credits will be benchmarked on a daily basis to multiple currencies and available to users in a variety of credited formats. This revolutionary credit system, when fully deployed, could eventually take the place of traditional credit/debit card based transactions. Utilizing the company’s proprietary security technologies and next generation hardware provided in the 4/5g evolution, this new system will make the card based system obsolete the user only needs to maintain a mobile interface and be physically present with it to transact payment. A receiver of funds will receive a confirmation message and accept payment. The company’s transaction platform based solely within its Nexus; ensure that credit, debit, and payment are ledger transactions within the same platform affording real time accounting of transactions. The company plans to expand this revolutionary platform and services into the traditional financial services marketplace through traditional institutions.

The company will also provide unique services to process other “Next Generation” methods (Payment systems) including cash payments, wallets similar to PayPal, prepaid cards, and vouchers, in addition to standard credit and debit card transactions for its e-commerce clients.

More on Mobile Payment Systems.

Mobile payment has been well adopted in many parts of Europe and Asia. Combined market for all types of mobile payments are expected to reach more than $600B globally by 2013, while mobile payment market for goods and services, excluding contactless NFC transactions and money transfers, is expected to exceed $300B globally by 2013. Some mobile payment solutions are also used in developing countries for micropayments.
